Problems and legal disputes are not solved only in courts; they can have an amicable settlement in a legal manner and this is what we are looking for. For the interest of our clients to reach the intended results faster with fewer expenses, we seek proper solutions before entering into any judicial. Frequently, things depend on one-step that the opposing parties cannot take for certain reasons. Therefore, we take the initiative. In the end, having the proper solution for our clients on strong, fair, productive, and decisive foundations is the ultimate goal we aim for.

Banking, Finance and Bankruptcy
Our office is the legal agent for one of the private banks, and as a result, dozens of lawsuits were filed against the bank, and various cases were referred to us.
Recently, as a result of the economic crisis in Lebanon, banks have taken banking measures and adhered to the circulars of the Central Bank of Lebanon, which led to the imposition of restrictions on cash withdrawals, whether in dollars or the national currency, also on international transfer, and the use of bank cards to a large extent stopped, which led to hundreds of depositors filing lawsuits against the banks.
